The VIY3-700 Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) can be used for location and analysis of underground objects using electromagnetic pulse radiation, up to 2,5 meters depth (or medium thickness).
The VIY3-700 GPR is suitable for searching of both metallic and dielectric objects (pipes, communications, voids, building constructions, etc.).
The VIY3-700 GPR set includes:
Antenna unit (standard)
Antenna unit is placed in a durable fiberglass housing. The antenna unit has sockets to connect:
Antenna unit (handheld version VIY3-700h)
Antenna unit is placed in a durable fiberglass housing.
The antenna unit has sockets to connect:
Battery case can be placed in backpack or mounted on the Cart-36 handcart.
The battery case has sockets to connect DP and Data cables.
Foldable handcart allows a single operator to carry out fast and easy survey of large areas.
VO-20 Measuring Wheel (not included in VIY3-700h version)
Measuring wheel (odometer) VO-20 was designed to determine passed distance during a GPR profile acquisition. Odometer can be mounted to body of antenna unit and electrically connected to the antenna by special connector.
Reliable, sealed charger for charging a biult-in battery.
The cable that connects antenna unit to battery case.
The cable that connects Data socket on Battery box to USB port of your computer.
Durable and comfortable backpack for transportation of all accessories for GPR. It has many compartments, including protected compartment for laptop
Portable shelf for laptop
Foldable shelf was designed to be attached to the backpack and to let a single operator carry out comfortable work with a laptop.
The VIY3-700 GPR is supplied with different options.

The VIY3-300 ground penetrating radar (GPR) is used for location and analysis of underground anomalies using electromagnetic pulse radiation. Operation principle of the GPR is based on surveying media illumination by electromagnetic impulses with following echoes analysis because of impulse reflection or scattering by various discontinuities. The GPR is suitable for searching of both metal and dielectric targets (stratiform structures, pipes, voids, building constructions etc.).more details
The VIY3-500 ground penetrating radar (GPR) is used for location and analysis of underground anomalies using electromagnetic pulse radiation. The GPR VIY3-500 is suitable for searching of both metal and dielectric targets (pipes, voids, building constructions etc.).more details
The VIY3 software allows all settings the Ground Penetrating Radars, to manage the process of measurement, load into a computer store, process and print the measured data. The same can import data from the VIY2 series GPR.more details
