On Friday, May 17, 2013, at the central office of Kyiv water service (Kyivvodokanal) work meeting was held to discuss the problem of unauthorized tappings into pipelines. The meeting was attended by heads of departments of Kyivvodokanal and chief engineer of Kyivautodor.
